Registration Form:    09-10 Roundtable Registration 

Education Roundtables will be offered from October 1, 2009 to May 20, 2010.

Roundtable Registration is by pre-payment only

Registration Fees: (payable by credit card only and must be paid in advance)

Club member              $150.00 + $7.50 GST = $157.50 (one-time payment)

Club members are entitled to join any or all of the Roundtables.  They will receive the slides for all Roundtables and only register once.

If materials are not received by the end of Monday of the week of the roundtable, please contact the office.
