Submission of credits may be done online.
To submit, login and click PD Program on the menu on the left of your screen
Your personal record will come up on the screen

To enter your credits, click on one of the numbers (categories) at the top of the screen
Complete the information in each field and submit

You do not have to submit any documentation, but you must be able to produce it when you are audited.  Please keep a file of documentation for each category for the entire 3-year cycle.  If you wish to store your documentation on the website, a field is provided for you to upload the file - this is optional.
