Emeritus $ 45 + $5.85 HST = $ 50.85 (Journal is $52.50 extra)
Senior Emeritus $ 0 (Journal is $52.50 extra)
Honorary $0 (Journal is included)
CACB (CSCC fee is also required)
Fellow / Founding Fellow $150 + $19.50 HST = $169.50
